01 · AR MeasurementsChoose Gallery Height as your vertical anchor and the app places your art at standard gallery height. For multi-frame compositions, it does the math so the visual center of the whole arrangement lands at gallery height — not just one frame.
02 · Gallery HeightLayout Assist analyzes your wall and frame sizes and suggests arrangements that feel balanced — no design eye required.
03 · Layout RecommendationsManually move frames to fit your wall — work around outlets, thermostats, and vents, or build the exact layout you envisioned. Alignment guides and snapping make adjustments effortless.
04 · Adjust ModeSave your exact layout and items to easily return later — or see the same frames on another wall.
05 · Saved PlansA savable, exportable, printable PDF with exact measurements for every frame — an easy reference sheet while you’re hanging.
06 · Hang Plan ExportIf you spend time helping people hang art — for clients, an audience, or a business — we’d love to talk.
Plan client walls, compare layouts side by side, and communicate hanging decisions visually before anyone picks up a hammer.

Business inquiriesWall Planner AR is an iOS app that helps you plan how you’ll hang art, frames, and mirrors before you make a single hole. You scan your wall in AR, add your items at real dimensions, try layouts, then enter Hang Plan to see exact nail points and measurements.
Wall Planner AR is iOS only and requires a device with a LiDAR scanner — the Pro models, such as iPhone Pro / Pro Max and iPad Pro. LiDAR lets the app reliably detect blank walls and place accurate hang points. Devices without LiDAR aren’t supported yet.
Yes. At launch, Wall Planner AR requires a device with a LiDAR scanner. LiDAR is what lets the app reliably detect blank walls and place accurate hang points — without it, the AR experience isn’t trustworthy enough, so non-LiDAR devices aren’t supported yet. We’re actively working on a solution for devices without LiDAR.

Yes. In Hang Plan, the app shows nail points in AR with a precise crosshair, plus measurements from the wall edges and floor for every frame. Use the AR markers as a guide, then confirm each spot with a tape measure before you drill.
Yes. Anything you can describe with width and height — mirrors, prints, framed art, posters, shadow boxes — works as a Wall Planner item.
With LiDAR, accuracy depends on ARKit and how cleanly you tap your wall corners — in practice we target roughly ±0.5 inch on a typical living-room wall. Treat the AR markers as a guide and confirm with a tape measure before making holes. For tighter precision, get close to each corner before tapping.
Yes. Designers use Wall Planner AR to test layouts at client visits, compare options on the spot, and export a clean PDF hang plan their installers can follow.
