Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions and paid access work in Wall Planner AR. They supplement the Terms of Use.
1. Paid access
Wall Planner AR may offer paid features such as one-time plan unlocks and auto-renewable subscriptions. Paid features may include access to hanging measurements, export features, saved plan restore access, or other premium functionality as described in the app at the time of purchase.
2. One-time plan unlocks
A one-time plan unlock is intended to unlock paid features for a specific plan, wall size, or use case as described in the purchase screen. One-time unlocks are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. The exact access provided will be shown in the app before purchase.
3. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the end of the current billing period. Subscription options, duration, price, and included features are shown in the app and on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.
4. Billing
All purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID payment method. Apple may charge applicable taxes. We do not receive your full payment card details.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or within the timing required by Apple’s then-current policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If we increase the subscription price, Apple will notify you and obtain your consent before the higher price takes effect; your subscription will not renew at the new price without your agreement.
6. Access after cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you typically keep access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period. After the subscription expires, access to subscription-only features may be removed unless you resubscribe or have another valid entitlement.
7. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not directly by Wall Planner AR. If Apple grants a refund or revokes a transaction, your access to the refunded or revoked paid feature may be removed. See the Refund & Cancellation FAQ for more.
8. Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app, get a new device, or believe your paid access is missing, use the Restore Purchases option in the app. Restoration depends on the Apple ID used for the original purchase and Apple’s purchase records.
9. Price or feature changes
We may change subscription prices, product offerings, or included features from time to time, subject to Apple’s rules and required notices. Any changes will apply as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
