How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, choose Wall Planner AR, and select Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Will I keep access after canceling?
Usually, yes. If you cancel a subscription, you typically keep access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period. After that, subscription-only features may no longer be available unless you resubscribe or have another valid paid entitlement.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem website or follow Apple’s App Store refund instructions. Wall Planner AR cannot directly issue App Store refunds from inside the app.
What happens if Apple grants a refund?
If Apple grants a refund or revokes a transaction, access to the refunded paid feature may be removed. If you believe this happened by mistake, contact Apple Support for billing questions or contact us for app-access troubleshooting.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Wall Planner AR and use Restore Purchases from the paywall, settings, or purchase screen. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why is my purchase not showing?
Purchase restoration may fail if you are signed into a different Apple ID, have no network connection, the App Store is temporarily unavailable, or the purchase was refunded or revoked. Try Restore Purchases again and contact support if the issue continues.
Can Wall Planner AR cancel my subscription for me?
No. Apple manages App Store subscriptions and billing. We can help troubleshoot app access, but cancellation must be completed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Can I get a refund if AR tracking did not work well in my room?
Refund decisions are made by Apple. AR quality can vary based on lighting, wall texture, device movement, and room conditions. Please verify measurements manually before drilling or hanging items.
